Gas & Bloating
What causes  gas and bloating?

* Swallowed air. If  not burped up, it passes into the digestive tract and is released through the anus as flatus.

Avoid foods and snacks sweetened with fructose or   sorbitol.

Take a walk after meals. Mild exercise helps move gas through the system faster.  

Eat slowly, chew your food thoroughly and don't over eat.
